Miley Cyrus Unfollows Liam Hemsworth On Twitter

Apparently Miley Cyrus can no longer stomach the sight or the thought of her fiance Liam Hemsworth – in any capacity — because on Sept. 14 she began purging him from her social media life, unfollowing him on Twitter. Is a final breakup on the horizon?

Miley Cyrus Unfollows Liam Hemsworth Amid Cheating Rumors

Miley was quick to become one of Liam’s followers when he finally joined Twitter in June, even though it took him about 24 hours to follow her. In the months since then, they have barely resembled a couple in public and have had no contact with each other online.
Now after a Sept. 11 report that Liam is sexting with January Jones, and another report on Sept. 13 that Liam hooked up with a mystery brunette while in Toronto on Sept. 7, Miley appears to be banishing him from her Twitter world, which we know is so important to her. This is huge — a girlfriend not following her boyfriend is unheard of, and the social media-savvy Miley is definitely sending him a message with the unfollow. Either that, or she’s just annoyed that he’s only tweeted 48 times in over three months.
For the record, Liam is still following Miley on Twitter.

These cheating rumors are definitely putting a strain on Miley and Liam’s relationship, which already had its fair share of issues. “It’s sad that these rumors won’t go away because their foundation is already so shaky,” a source told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.
“Miley wants to believe that Liam’s not cheating on her but they spend so much time apart and fight so much it’s hard for her to know what to believe.”
Throwing trust issues on top of the heap of other problems Miley and Liam have seems to be causing serious turmoil, and Miley unfollowing Liam might be the first sign that the end — this time for real — may be very near.
