#OndoDecides: APC’s Akeredolu Wins 14 LGAs Out of 17 Declared By INEC

Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Saturday's governorship election in Ondo state, Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) has won fourteen out of the seventeen local government areas declared so far by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

From the results announced so far by the electoral umpire, Akeredolu scored 227,112 while his closest rival and candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Eyitayo Jegede (SAN), got 136,666.

Prof. Abdul Ganiyu Ambali of the University of Ilorin is the Chief Returning Officer , REC, for the Ondo state Governorship election.

The collation of results in Ondo Governorship election took place at INEC headquarter in Akure, the state capital.
