The President must be COMMENDED for the RAW WILL to fight corruption, which all his PDP PREDECESSORS PUT TOGETHER CAN'T EQUAL!
But! The fight against corruption, WITHOUT a CLEAR, ARTICULATE, DEFINED and DOCUMENTED POLICY, (having in mind who we are) is like a football match without FIFA STANDARD RULES!
Without rules, a goal by one is acceptable, but the SAME TYPE of goal by another is disallowed...THIS IS THE UNACCEPTABLE STATE OF OUR ANTI CORRUPTION FIGHT!
The fight without a POLICY, is like the BLIND FOLDED symbol of the judiciary with an EYE SLIT, TO IDENTIFY THOSE COMING TO JUSTICE
....THE TRAFFIC LIGHT CORRUPTION FIGHT, whose GREEN LIGHT PERMITS FOES FOR PROSECUTION
and whose RED LIGHT, PREVENTS and PROTECTS FRIENDS from PROSECUTION!
POLICY IS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CREDIBILITY OF ANY PROCESS, THAT PRECEDES STRONG INSTITUTIONS!
In governance, POLITICAL CAMPAIGN PROMISES rise like a hoisted flag, on the flag pole of POLICY,
But without POLICY, those promises are held up by bare hands, which soon get TIRED, just like the hands of Biblical Moses, and when that happens, TRUST CAPITULATES as the hands come down!

A corruption fight without a POLICY, makes it OPEN TO DISCRETION BASED ON INTEREST , and there in lies MORAL CORRUPTION!
The first error by the Buhari administration in the corruption fight is not having a CLEAR DOCUMENTED AND ARTICULATE POLICY, PUBLISHED IN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, in place, and published in national dailes, this is the step that gives credibly to the process!
A policy would spell our procedures! But a corruption fight without a policy, is, in its self COVERT CORRUPTION!
DSS breaks into Justice Ademola's house on allegations of CORRUPTION.
(INDEED THE JUDICIARY IS CORRUPT) .
He in their opinion is guilty of curtain vices.
QUESTION: are there judgements considered by him to be biased against them and the government they serve?
DSS did NOT BREAK INTO the home of that questionable justice Abang, whose judgements have created confusion in the PDP, to the advantage of Buhari's APC.
QUESTION: What was the POLICY that informed the break in to Adamola's house?
QUESTION: what is the POLICY that has prevented the same action against Abang?
Without a POLICY, the corruption fight becomes a PROPAGANDA campaign, where 5% of loot, OBVIOUSLY FROM PDP thieves,are up for grabs but, information about Amaechi, the interior minister and others close to the President are being INVESTIGATED.
For FAYOSE, action preceeded investigation, but for the army chief, he was cleared without any investigation, for the Chief of Staff to the President and the SGF, a LOOOOOOON investigation is ON GOING .
PUT A POLICY IN PLACE AND SUBJECT ALL, PDP and APC, friends of the President, and enemies to the same POLICY then we would have laid the foundation for a strong fight against corruption.
With this ANTICORRUPTION structure of Buhari in place, if the rumoured MEGA PARTY is formed and wins in 2019, by this TEMPLATE of Buhari, PDP and OUT OF FAVOUR THIEVES would "PORT" (MIGRATE) to the MEGA PARY and become saints, and those thieves, who are now shielded by PDP's umbrella in APC, would be the NEW DASUKI, ON THE HEADLINES OF NEWSPSPERS to fool the fooled again..... A vicious circle of the PROPAGANDA in corruption fight!
Mr PRESIDENT SIR, PLEASE PUT A POLICY IN PLACE, A LEGACY THAT WILL ENDURE!
